BSM Supports IMPACT Bait Car Expansion in BC
Mississauga, Ontario CANADA, March 09, 2006 /FSC/ - BSM Technologies Inc. (GPS - TSX Venture), (http://www.bsmtechnologies.com) the manufacturer and sole supplier of the high-tech equipment and software used by the RCMP's IMPACT bait car program in BC (www.baitcar.com) has recently agreed to donate the software license upgrade necessary to expand IMPACT's highly successful bait car program to interior regions of the Province.
This donation, announced in conjunction with the Province's Auto Crime month, will allow the IMPACT program to re-allocate funding that would have been earmarked for the software license upgrade to other important areas of the program such as additional bait vehicles or increased media coverage.

Detective Scott Cooke, IMPACT's Operations Manager welcomes the donation from BSM. "Such contributions allow us to continue to expand this highly successful program that has already helped reduced auto theft in parts of the province by as much as 40%".

The RCMP-administered Integrated Municipal Provincial Auto Crime Team (IMPACT) is based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
