United Protection Security Group Inc. grants Options
Edmonton, Alberta – September 30, 2011, F.V.Ramsoondar, Chief Executive Officer of United Protection Security Group Inc. (UPSG or the Company), (TSX-V: UZZ) is pleased to announce that at a meeting of the Directors held on September 22, 2011, the Company has granted 200,000 stock purchase options each to Messrs. Curtis Long, Executive Vice President, and Andrew Clark, Executive Vice President of Operations. The exercise price of each option was set above the closing price of the Company’s common shares as of September 22, 2011. The total of 400,000 newly granted stock purchase options have a life of two years with immediate vesting from the grant date and are exercisable at a price of $0.10 (10¢) per stock option.
